Cliff is a member of the Confederated Salish & Kootenai tribes, in western Montana. He is employed as an Administrative Assistant with NOAA Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service, in Seattle, WA.  In addition to administrative duties he is also involved in outreach programs targeting American Indian Nations and individuals, as well as with First Nations in Canada. He is also involved in outreach tasks with ATNI - Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians, as a federal representative. Prior to federal service Cliff was employed in the legal field for many years.

Past SAIGE activities (if any):_Cliff has assisted the SAIGE board with participation in planning for annual conferences.

Short note on why you would like to be on the SAIGE Board: My involvement and participation in SAIGE over the past five years has been one of the major highlights of my federal career thus far. SAIGE has given me the best opportunity to give something back to Indian nations and people, which is often not as easy to accomplish on the job.
